Welcome to Fedron Marketing Group
Fedron is in the business of exploring smaller, premium marketing niches that are attractive to those with unusually discerning tastes and preferences.
Some of the products we look for are those that are often difficult for shoppers to locate on their own, although the level of expertise within the general public at using serach engine technology has certainly increased over the years.
You’ll find all our niche markets in the column to the right. If you don’t see what you’re looking for right away, then simply use our search feature at the top right of the page where it says, “Search This Website”.
We welcome your input. If there’s a niche market you would like us to develop for you or your business, don’t hesitate to contact us by leaving a message on our Contact Us page.

How Fedron Finds Niche Markets
Finding Niche Markets with Google Insights
I’m anxious to share the following with you. This post will show you how we find niche markets using Google Insights. Uncovering niche markets that customers appreciate can be a difficult task. Google Insights is a free tool that will allow you to get a behind-the-scenes peek at Google’s keyword search results over time. This tool alone does a lot toward helping us identify fresh markets based on search patterns. Let’s take a closer look!
Using Google Insights:
First thing, you can visit http://www.google.com/insights/search/ and sign up for a google account at the top right.
The Google Insights home page will look similar to this:

Google provides loads of data for categories, seasonal, and geographic keyword data groups. Be sure to take some time to peruse each section.
Finding a Niche:
To locate a nice niche market, type the keyword you want to research. Google insights will dig into its data base and provide you with a veritable goldmine of the most top-searched keyword phrases.
Take for example the search term, “rifle scopes”. If you were to type rifle scopes into the search bar, choose the USA, and request all the data back to 2007 for the top searched keywords and phrases.

Google will then generate a graph like this:
You can disregard the data on the graph itself. It’s more important to note the relative volume. Is the keyword term rising or falling? One can even compare the original term with a second term of your choice. To do so, hit the plus sign in order to add a phrase. Google will create a chart to compare the two.
Now you can compare two separate keyword terms and see which one is best. In this example, let’s use the phrase “spotting scopes”.
OK. Here is the data generated by Google. You can clearly see the relative volume of both terms.
Google Insights also provides related terms on the rise in google. This enables you to dig deeper to reveal potential niche markets and sub-niche markets. After I scroll down I clicked on the “leupold rifle scopes” term to dig a little deeper.
As you can see, Google gives me the those search terms and keyword terms that are rising.
Now you know the volume and keyword phrases on the rise. These are the kinds of markets we like becuase they represent profit centers for us and, at the same time, we can try to satisfy the needs and wants of the consumers. Google Insights helps us wade through all the chaos find those premium niche markets to serve our customers as best we can.
Google insights is certainly not the only tool we use, but it’s an important one, and in the spirit of transparency, we wanted to share it with our visitors. Check it yourself and let me know if there’s a market you want us to explore.
All the best,
David Clinton
